Project follow-up, including post-delivery involvement has become a key aspect in the future development of our work. During the lifespan of a building, deterioration takes place, whereby the need for minor refurbishments or repairs are often necessary. ONILSA also provides refurbishment and maintenance services to correct any deterioration. Preventative maintenance involves cyclical maintenance work on the majority of the elements of the building.
